Shorif Uddin Ahmed started his career in the Hospitality trade in Bangladesh. Commencing work with a 5 star hotel based in Bangladesh called Salwar Ltd and training at the same time for his qualifications in Food and Beverage Management. He progressed from Salwar to Panda Garden in a Senior Management post. After working with Panada Garden for 2 years he returned to Salwar Ltd trading as Donzobani Sizzlers to take a post a Assistant Manager and received a promotion in just one year to the Manager in Saffron which is also owned by Salwar Ltd. In 2005 he responded to an advert from Estikutum to contribute his expertise in this multicultural buffet.

After leaving private education in Bangladesh he took up employment at the Royal Orchid in Dhaka, Bangladesh as Kitchen Assistant, working in that post and learning the trade for about 2 years. After 8 years of supervision under the prominant lady Chef known as Bullurd he developed his career as Chef. Bullurd was recruited from Thailand for the running of Royal Orchid, renowned for her expertise in Thai cuisine. In 1994 he left  Royal Orchid to take up employment as Head Chef for Xenial (famous Chinese and Thai restaurant in Dhaka). Xaniel has developed into 6 branches since 1994 with Mohiuddin as the Master Chef, also responsible for training and development of all catering staff.  It should also be mentioned that Mohiuddin has been to the UK previously to enter the International Chef of the year awards having won the Bangladeshi Chef of the year Competition.

Saleem started his career with the Welcome Group 5 Star in Hydrabad, India in 1979. He became assistant cook in Krishna Obroi 5 star in 1987. in 1987 he was promoted to Comi 1 (Chef). In 1990 he took up position as the Head Chef in Singapore and returned to India in 1993, to Manhar Ramada, Hydrabad 5 Star as Head Chef currently owned by Raddison.
