Job Title:  Chinese/Thai Chef

Salary: £18500.00

Description: Must have 5 years Chinese and Thai cooking experience in restaurant or hotel level .Duties to include working as part of a team planning and preparing menue for buffet, must be reliable able to instruct junior staff, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Have good communication skills pleasent and good manner  follow orders from Head chef . Create new ideas, other related task as required including staff training. To ensure smooth running of the kitchen and adhering to health and safety regulations.    

Job Title:  Indian Chef

Salary: £17000.00

Description: Must have at least 3 years relevant experience and good communication skills. Duties to include cooking and preparing a wide range of food, seasoning and creating new ideas with the head chef. You will also maintain the safety and hygiene of the kitchen.

Job Title:  Dishwasher

Salary: £National minimum wage

Description: Previous experience in a indian restaurant but not essential. Dishwasher is provided, may have some that would need to do manually, other duties include keeping area clean and tidy and being aware of health and safety regulations.
